Product tracking
BuyWatch™ tracks product prices from supported retailers. Product pages, prices, discounts, availability, and retailer websites may change at any time.
If a product can no longer be checked, it may become unavailable for tracking in the app.
Price alerts and notifications
Price alerts and notifications are provided as a convenience. Price changes are checked at system-determined intervals and may not be detected at the exact time a price change occurs.
You can manage BuyWatch notification settings in the app and through your device settings.
Subscriptions
BuyWatch subscriptions are handled through Apple and the App Store.
To manage, cancel, or request help with a subscription, open your Apple ID subscription settings or contact Apple Support.
Feedback
You can send feedback through the app or by emailing us. We value feedback and suggestions, but we cannot guarantee that every message will receive a reply or result in changes to BuyWatch.
Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the BuyWatch tab in the app.
When an account is deleted, we will delete or anonymise personal information where reasonably possible, unless certain information needs to be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons.
